William D. Bowen

William D. Bowen is founder, Chairman, CEO of Premier Hotel Corporation. He began his career in the hotel business with Cecil B. Day Companies in 1973. As President of a franchise affiliate, his experience with the Day organization included construction, development, finance, marketing and operations. After a merger of the affiliated companies into Days Inns of America, Inc., Mr. Bowen served as Senior Vice President, Operations and he was a member of the Board of Directors of Cecil B. Day companies, Inc., the holding company. He founded Premier Hotel Corporation in 1996 to provide hotel management, development, construction, acquisition, and transaction services. Mr. Bowen is also a co-founder and part-time Manager of Suburban Franchise Holding Company, LLC, which owns Suburban Franchise Systems, Inc., the franchisor of Suburban Lodge extended-stay properties.
